MillTools live at Ox Industries Carthage, New York

Carthage, New York  – MillTools manufacturing execution system (MES) and TestCentral quality tracking went live at the Ox Industries paper mill in Carthage, Michigan on Saturday, August 10, 2021. The mill’s transition to MillTools and TestCentral marked the completion of a two-phase project to convert two paper mills to Ox Industries’ MES quality tracking software of choice for all Ox paper mills. The implementation included Panther’s TestCentral comprehensive quality tracking system in all paper laboratories and MillTools MES in addition to several machine and business interfaces developed for Ox Industries by Panther Systems.

Conversion of the mill in Carthage, New York marks the standardization of manufacturing intelligence for all Ox Industries mills. This manufacturing facilities share a common system and configuration, allowing Ox to employ the same business rules, process and customer-facing documentation at all of their mills. Executives and mill managers able to analyze apples-to-apples quality and production data from all of their mills to make the best decisions for their businesses.
